News: Record Store Day

Tomorrow is Record Store Day, a day in which to go out to your local independent record shop and give them a little support. Tons of bands around the world are getting behind this by offering exclusives and doing special in-store performances.
 
The official Record Store Day site is keeping a list of special releases being offered for the day, which you can download here. They also have a schedule of in-store performances happening around the U.S. Our top pick for tomorrow is Good Records’ all day party and 10th Anniversary show in Dallas, TX. Not only do they have a great line-up of acts that includes the legendary Murder by Death, they are one of our favorite independent record shops anywhere, ever. Second from the top is Generation Records in New York; they’ll be having a free performance by Museyon fave, Andrew W.K.
